Placed your order but realize you need to make some amendments to your order details?
Unfortunately, the following changes are no longer possible once you have completed checkout. In such cases, we recommend cancelling your order before proceeding to place a new order with the correct details.
Step 1: Log in to your ROBINS account and go to "Track My Orders "
Step 2: Find your order and click on "View/Edit Order"
- If you need to cancel the order: check the "Select All" box, then all products in the order will be marked to be canceled.
- If you need to cancel 1 or several items in the order: Select the check box next to each item you wish to remove from the order.
Step 4: Click Cancel checked items when finished.
There will be a cancellation notification when you successfully cancel the order
When you finish the cancellation, you will see the product status turn gray

Unfortunately, if you have received an email saying that your "Order is On Its Way", we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation requests. Your package would have been handed over to the assigned delivery partner. Please refuse to accept the parcel upon delivery and simply inform the rider that you have changed your mind.
