After return the product to ROBINS (see the instructions to return at HERE ), the refund process is as follows:
Returned items are transported to ROBINS's warehouse
Once returned items are received in our warehouse, Robins Returns Team will perform QC process to determine whether the product is eligible for a refund
Once the product passes QC, it will be forwarded to the Finance Team for refund. Our team will send you an email through the address you registered to purchase to inform that the refund has been processed. Remember to check the information from ROBINS!
For items paid by COD or Wallet Credit, ROBINS will actively refund to your Wallet to ensure that you would receive your refund as soon as possible
If you want to receive your refund via Bank Transfer, please contact Customer Care at HERE after return the product.
If any items are not valid for return-refund, our Customer Service team will contact you.
During peak trading times, refunds may take slightly longer to process.
