To check orders on your PC, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your ROBINS account and click "Track My Orders".
Step 2: Find your order number and it will display the item level order statuses.
If you are not logged in, hover over the "Account" symbol and click "Track My Orders", then key in your order number.
If your package has been shipped, there will be a live tracking link where you can access detailed information about your order status.
Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate once the "Order Shipped" email has been sent.
To check orders on your mobile, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Once you've logged in to your ROBINS account, click on "Orders".
Order details of your latest order will be displayed with item level order statuses.
Step 2: Scroll further down to view the list of your older orders. Click on each order to expand for tracking details.
