The exchange fees are completely free
Please read carefully our return policy. In case your item returned to ROBINS does not meet one of following conditions, ROBINS will send it back to you, shipping fee will be at your cost.
- VAT invoice (for items from ROBINS) or receipt (for items from seller) is still intact.
- Within 30 days since delivery date, except:
+ For certain brands such ALDO, FOSSIL, PUMA, Havaianas and watches (price above 2.000.000 VND) you may return item within 7 days since delivery date (based on post office seal or 3PL documents).
+ For Marks & Spencer brand, you may return item within 14 days since delivery date (based on post office seal or 3PL documents).
+ For PUMA and Havaianas brand, you can exchange/return products which follow below criteria:
(i) Supplier delivers wrong item
(ii) You receive defective items due to manufacturer
(iii) You wish to change size
- Items with full tag, label, box and accessories included (if any).
- Item is not used, laundry or dirty (Please kindly wear socks and try footwear on clean areas).
- Non-returnable list:
- Swim-trunk and swimwear
- Fitness and Yoga sportswear (exclude Sport Bra from Nike, Puma, Reebok, ROBINS Sports, Asics)
- Beauty products
- Socks, leggings
- Item sold by Seller
- Discounted items of Speedo, Fila, New Balance, F&F, và Crocs
- Items of Swarovski
- Jewelry of Marks & Spencer

** Notes when returning goods at the post office:
ROBINS will not be able to manage the integrity and completeness of the package while you return it by VNPOST post office, please read the notes below carefully:
- Products must be returned directly at VNPOST post office, please do not use the 3rd service to transport items to VNPOST post office.
- You should carefully pack the item and attached documents or gifts to avoid loss and damage on its way.
- You should take photos of the item before return. Saving images will help deal with the problems better if any problem occurs in return process.
- In order to better serve you, please notify ROBINS immediately within 48 hours of receiving the item if it is intact, scratched, broken, used ....
