We heard you! Exchanges and refunds are easier now that you simply need to submit your online return request. ROBINS offers free and easy exchanges and refunds/returns. Ensure that your item fulfills the conditions below and is not in the Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items & Brands.
Let's experience the online return exchange service of ROBINS on your computer screen!
*ROBINS will keep your item that you want to exchange on system within 10 days. Beyond that, we may have to cancel your order so others may have a chance to buy the item(s).
Step 1: Ensure you're logged in to your ROBINS account and go to "Returns"
Click on icon and select "Return" or click HERE to go directly to page that you can view all your orders
If there is over 30 days since delivery date, the expired exchange notification will be shown at the right column. On the contracy, you can make a exchange request for any orders by clicking on "Exchange & Return" at the right column
Step 2: Select the order for return, and select the item you wish to exchange or return for refund
***Note: Swimwear, underwear, earrings, beauty products, and items aren’t exchanged within 30 days from date of delivery will not be eligible for exchange or return
Step 3: Indicate your exchange or refund request
(a) If you're going for an exchange, click on 'Exchange':
(i) Choose your new preferred color (if available). If there is more than 1 color, click the "+" icon to display more colors, then select your new preferred color.
(ii) Choose your new preferred size.
After completing the requirements, please select 1 of 2 ways for exchange or return your order:
At metro area of Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi
Note: Only applicable for some wards, districts at Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi. Please check out the below list:
District 1,3,4,5,6,7,8 (exclude Ward 7,16), 10, 11, 2 (Only ward Thao Dien, Binh An, An Phu).
Go Vap, Binh Thanh, Tan Binh, Phu Nhuan, Tan Phu District
Ba Dinh, Cau Giay, Dong Da, Ha Dong, Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem, Hoang Mai, Nam Tu Liem, Tay Ho, Thanh Xuan District
At non - metro area
- Returned item has to be returned to Robins within 10 days since requested
- After 10 days, if Robins has not received the returned item, the exchange request will be expired.
- In case the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, Robins will refund the amount to you after receiving the returned item.

If you want to return and refund, please select "Return this product" and choose the reason for return to help ROBINS improve our services to serve you better in the future.
Step 4: Choose return pick up service or Drop off at VNPOST:
Select the return method that you prefer. You can choose return pick up service or Drop off at VNPOST

- Choose one of the shipping addresses you used. Delivery staff will come to your address to receive your returned item.
- Select the convenient days for picking up your item return. Note: According to the delivery schedule, there are days you can not select.
Step 5: For refund orders, choose a refund method
Please select a refund method. ROBINS will prioritize to "My Wallet" because it is the fastest refund method. You can also choose "Other refunds" if you would like to refund to the bank tranfer.
Step 6: Review request & submit
Check the return method that you prefer (for return), and the address and delivery date (for Return pick up service).
If the information is correct, please select "I have read and agree to the ROBINS Return Policy" and click on "Submit return" to complete the process.
